Welcome to our Twinkle University

Twinkle University, initially established in 2019 as a Japanese Language Center, has since diversified its offerings to include professional certification courses and skill training programs. These expanded options now encompass nurse aid training and IT certification courses, broadening the educational opportunities available at the institution.

In 2020, Twinkle University achieved accreditation as a partner of NCC Education, a reputable UK institution. As a result, we now offer a selection of NCC Education Program Diploma courses at Levels 3, 4, and 5. Additionally, we provide the opportunity to pursue a BSc (Hons) degree in either Business Computing and Information Systems or Cyber Security and Networking through a top-up program.
At Twinkle University, we are actively engaged in delivering career coaching programs, particularly tailored to networking professionals and software engineers who aspire to advance their careers in international destinations such as Singapore and Japan. In 2022, Twinkle University further expanded its affiliations by becoming an Academia Partner of EC-Council, thus enabling us to offer an extensive array of cybersecurity courses. Additionally, we've obtained authorization as a Pearson VUE testing center, allowing us to facilitate a wide range of professional examinations.
